Welcome to Veteran Gaming Forces
Welcome to Veteran Gaming Forces =VGF= We are a small group of online FPS gamers that have been playing together for many years now and decided to start our own clan. We decided to start this clan with the hopes of establishing an online community where the older and more mature online gamers could come and play and not have to deal with the annoying qualities of little kids.
We have a simple philosophy here: have fun, play hard, and by the rules. As a clan, we not only fight on our servers but also enjoy taking the fight to other clans on their servers.
We are currently participating in multiple games including Battlefield 2 and 2142, the Call of Duty series and several others, aswell as actively recruiting new members. If you think you would enjoy it here and want a place to hang out and new friends that won’t irritate you, feel free to register with us on our forums and check us out.

A lot of buzz has been floating around the internet lately about dedicated servers and we wanted to make sure all our players have the best understanding of how Battlefield will be played on the PC. Since Battlefield 1942 DICE has used dedicated servers for all platforms. This formula has worked well, and still works well, for us and for the gaming community. We have stayed true to this practice and will continue this tradition into the upcoming title Battlefield Bad Company 2. |

It has been a little quiet on the Battlefield PC scene recently when it comes to what the DICE Live team has been up to. That’s because on top of dealing with cheats and server problems, we have been busy listening to you all in the community and working on a new update for Battlefield 2142. As well as making significant updates, we are bringing new content to 2142 which will bring new experiences to the Battlefield. As with Update 1.40, we will be running public beta on the update to gather your feedback so watch out for that announcement when we’ll be explaining more about the new content. |
